Two Cayman Island funds belonging to Goldman Sachs, Master Fund Holdings Ltd. And Peconic Holdings Ltd., have sold 3,000,000 CII shares.

Master Fund Holdings Ltd. Sold 1,800,000 CII shares and Peconic Holding Ltd. Sold 1,200,000 CII shares. Transaction date was April 25 2016. Hence, after this transaction, Goldman Sachs currently has 20,781,921 CII shares, constituting 8.3% of the company.

Prior to this, on April 19 2016, Goldman Sachs sold 945,470 CII shares through AMA Fund Holdings (Cayman) Ltd. (which sold 1,767,280 CII shares) and Aquamarine Holdings (Cayman) Ltd. (sold 1,178,190 CII shares).
