BRIDGE & ROAD PROJECT

SAIGON 2 BRIDGE

Saigon 2 Bridge was built in parallel to the existing Saigon Bridge, connecting Binh Thanh District with District 2. This project aims reduce traffic load on the existing Saigon Bridge, relieving congestion, and smoothening traffic flow at the city’s Northeast gateway. The bridge has the total length of 987m, the road sections at the 2 ends are 350m long in Binh Thanh District, and 117m long in District 2.

HANOI HIGHWAY EXPANSION PROJECT

Construction began in April 2010. Up to now, the project has completed entirely 11.5km of main road spindle, from Saigon Bridge to National University intersection. The 02 parallel roads are under construction. This project is funded by CII as the developer and has a relatively large scale. Along with the Saigon bridge, this work has contributed to the clear environment to the traffic at the Northeast gateway of the city

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) is an investment company that operates as a publicly listed entity. The company was established in 2001 following Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee’s strategy to privatize infrastructure development.
