This resolution provides the legal foundation for Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII), which was established according to Vietnam’s Business Law. The company’s laws, requirements, and the resolutions established by the General Shareholders Meeting and the Board of Directors, provided relevant laws are obliged, will be the binding rules applied to all of the company’s business operations.
This resolution has been approved by the Company’s General Shareholders Meeting through public voting at the Meeting on 25/01/2014.
