On June 14 2016, CII signed auditing contract No. 02.06/2016/HDKT-IFC with International Auditing and Financial Consulting Company (IFC) – Member of AGN International, regarding: auditing services for parent company’s financial statements and consolidated financial statements rom 01/01/2016 to 30/06/2016, and auditing services for parent company’s financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ending on 31/12/2016.

Prior to that, CII General Shareholders Meeting has issued Resolution No. 35/NQ-DHDCD on 26/04/2016, approving the decision to appoint IFC as CII’s independent auditor.

IFC is the only full member of the internationalauditing association AGN International – a large auditing and accounting services corporation with more than 197 member brands spreading across 90 countries, 455 offices, and over 8.800 directors and professionals. The company was established in 2001 by expert auditors with experience in large auditing firms overseas and in Vietnam.
