Investment details: Total length of the 4 sections under development: 22.38km.
- Section 1: expand no. 60 highway, the section from Tan Thach – An Khanh Intersection to Intersection No. 4. Section length: 4.46km.
- Section 2: upgrade and expand no. 60 highway, the section from end of Ham Luong street to the beginning of Mo Cay town bypass. Section length: 3.74km.
- Section 3: Mo Cay town bypass. Section length: 5.80km.
- Section 4: The street that leads to Co Chien bridge. Section length: 8.38km.
Investment progress: Construction commencement date: 2016; expected construction completion date: 2018.
