CII kindly announces to Shareholders:

To execute Resolution No. 37/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ, dated from CII GSM on 14/12/2016, and ratified by Chairman of BOD on 26/12/2016, CII had completed transferring 19.480.000 CII E&C shares to 93 investors. Thereafter, CII’s ownership ratio at CII E&C has reduced to 49%. Therefore, from 27/12/2016, CII E&C officially become an associated company of CII.
