Form of investment: investment cooperation. The District 5 Public Service One Member Limited Company is the developer, in which CII contributed 60% of investment capital.
The apartment project has 272 apartment units, consisting of 2 building blocks with 18 floors, of which 1 block was served for the resettlement program. The work was started in November 2007 and completed in 2011.
