Form of investment: investment cooperation. Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Company is the developer. This company later became CII Bridge & Road (a member company of CII).
The building consists of 22 floors, including 2 basements, 5 floors for commercial, service, office for lease purposes and 15 floors for luxury apartments.
Construction began in May 2008 and was completed in 2011.
