The project is located in the heart of Binh Thanh District and is the gateway to the East of the city on the Dien Bien Phu street – Hanoi Highway axis, taking 5 minutes drive to the the center of District 1 and Thu Thiem New Residential Area. The scale of the project is a high rise building with two joint blocks of different heights: 27 stories and 23 stories and 2 basements. The total constructed floor area is 61,328 m2.
